If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another eligible issue, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible after delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or used may not be eligible for return.

• Reason for return

• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue, where applicable

Refunds

If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable processing timelines.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another eligible reason.
