At Aarohi Designer, every outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship orders across India.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Custom-made and made-to-order outfits require 7–15 working days, depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and order volume.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner serviceability.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of designer and custom-made products, we follow a strict return policy.

Custom-Made Orders

  • Custom-made, personalized, or altered outfits are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Ready-to-Wear Products

  • Ready-to-wear products are eligible for exchange only, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or resolution at our discretion.

REFUNDS

  • Aarohi Designer does not provide refunds once an order is confirmed.

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Colors of products may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, prints, or fabric texture are natural and are not considered defects.

  • Aarohi Designer reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
